What is Cardio Tennis? Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone, at any playing level, looking for a fun way to burn calories & interact with others outside of the gym. Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. Most women can burn 300 to 500 calories per hour and men burn between 500 to 1,000 calorie per hour. 8:30 – 10:00am Advanced
6:00 - 7:00pm Level 3.5 & up

8:00 - 9:00am Level 3.5 & up
6:00 - 7:00pm Level 3.5 & up


9:00 - 10:00am Level 2.5-3.0

9:00 - 10:00am Level 3.0 & up


Adult 4 Week Cardio Fees: 
One Day per Week $80 | Two Days per Week $140

Adult 4 Week Advanced Cardio Fees: One Day per Week $117 | Two Days per Week $224
