Here’s how and why we hold ourselves accountable:

  • We strive to be the best tennis teaching professionals we can possibly be, always seeking new opportunities to learn and grow.

  • We nurture a safe and welcoming environment, both on and off the courts.

  • We pay attention to students’ expressed and unexpressed goals, going above and beyond to help them achieve them.

  • We are positive, motivating, sustaining forces in our students’ lives and within the greater USC community. We build multi-generational relationships. Former students return as adults, often enrolling their children.

  • We hold ourselves directly accountable for providing personalized client service.

  • We are proud of our professional appearance, language, and behavior, acting with integrity both on and off the court.

  • We continuously seek opportunities to expand and improve USCTDP’s experiences and programs.

  • We cultivate teamwork both on and off the court. Our team includes professionals, administrative staff, Township officials, and, most importantly, the families we serve.
